is Samuel (Sam) Phelps
I’m Sam Phelps — entrepreneur, coach, and storyteller.
Over the years, I’ve worn a lot of hats: farmhand, missionary, business owner, tech leader, youth coach. Each role taught me something different about life, leadership, and resilience. But one lesson keeps showing up: Real growth doesn’t come from doing things perfectly — it comes from doing things honestly.
I started my first business in a small town where people told me I didn’t have what it took. Later, I tried to sell that business — and lost everything in the process. That failure stung, but it also became a turning point. I realized that people don’t just need advice — they need stories they can see themselves in.
